Shepherds Pie
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can corn
1 can tomato soup
1 can French cut green beans
Salt and Pepper
1-2 Packages instant potatoes, prepared to package directions.
Cook beef and onion in pan. Put into baking dish. Layer corn and green beans on meat then cover with mashed potatoes. bake in 350 degree oven until heated through. 15-20 minutes.
