Lindt Truffle Chocolate Cupcakes
OMG! These are heavenly! I can not describe the party in my mouth when I bit into these. Who does not love the creamy goodness of Lindt Chocolate Truffles? Combine those with a chocolate, cream cheese cupcake and you have found yourself in chocolate dream land! These are so moist, rich, and just amazingly delicious!
Time: 30 min + cooling time
Directions:
Unwrap milk chocolate Lindt truffles and place in a bowl for use later. In a separate bowl, add all ingredients and mix well. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full. Bake at 350. After five minutes, lightly press a Lindt truffle into each partially baked cupcake. Let the cupcakes bake an additional 13 minutes (total of 18 minutes). Cool completely, then frost with cream cheese frosting.
Makes: approx 24 cupcakes

Notes: Laura made these for a family party and said that the only thing she would change is to put the truffle in after the cupcakes have baked a little longer. She felt that the truffle just sank to the bottom.
