Tropical Key Lime Cheesecake

This is a super yummy, sweet as can be, twist on key like cheesecake that just takes you to another place. Like a beach in the Bahamas or Hawaii, just somewhere tropical! This a refreshing dessert for the summer and super easy!

Tropical Key Lime Cheesecake

Time: 10 min prep 1 hour refrigeration time

Ingredients: 

2 cups crushed coconut macaroons

1/4 cup melted butter

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 package Philadelphia cream cheese

1/4 - 1/3 cup Key Lime juice (depending on taste)

Whipped Cream

Lime slices

Directions:

Mix coconut macaroons and melted butter and place in bottom of pie pan or cupcake pan. Mix sweetened condensed milk, Philadelphia cream cheese, and Key Lime juice until smooth. Once smooth keep mixing for approximately 5 minutes then fill pie/cupcake pan. Top with whipped cream and garnishment (if you choose). Refrigerate.
