Deviled Eggs (3 Recipes)

Traditional Deviled Eggs

Ingredients: 
6 eggs, hard cooked and peeled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
3/4 teaspoon white wine vinegar
pinch of salt (optional)
fresh ground black pepper (optional)
smoked paprika (optional)
Directions:
Cut eggs in half. Arrange egg whites cut side up on a serving plate and put the yolks in a small mixing bowl. Mash yolks with fork then stir in mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar. Mash and stir all ingredients together well. Taste and add salt and pepper if desired. Spoon a little bit of the mixture into each egg white half, dividing mixture as evenly as possible between the eggs. Sprinkle eggs with smoked paprika if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Cream Cheese Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
8 hard-cooked eggs
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
1/4 cup chives, diced
3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Directions:Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a bowl; set whites aside. Mash the yolks and add the cream cheese, mustard, salt and pepper; beat until blend. Stir in chives.
Stuff or pipe the yolk mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with bacon. Refrigerate until serving.

Devilishly Delicious Eggs

Ingredients:
6 hard-cooked eggs
3 Tbsp. Kraft Sandwich Shop Garlic and Herb Mayonnaise
shredded carrot

Directions:
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a bowl; set whites aside. Mash the yolks and mix in the mayonnaise.
Stuff or pipe the yolk mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with shredded carrots. Refrigerate until serving.
